Is this normal?

Sometimes these things don't work. Once I typed in a non-existant .be domain and got a prediction of PR3.

just like appraisals dont take these predictors too seriously it can be a randomly generated php script where it just generates numbers

I think the predicters are a bit haywire right now. I have a site that I started in Dec. and it has a prediced pr6. My game site is also predicted pr6. Those type of ranks are a bit far fetched for me to believe.

As stated on the iwebtool site, these figures are not accurate. No one can really predict what your future PR will be except Google
