What do you think the future of LLLL.com domains lies?

Would it skyrocket like the LLL.com did??

Would it gain a floor price of $1000 apiece??... within the first six months of 2016

Many small/medium companies don't bother to register TM, especially if their business is country/region specific, they won't bother reging US TM...

We are talking on a large scale.. An "overall" for the whole world.

And it seems..ovious..that people wants them..Cz the rise in 3L makes them go for the second best option

It might have even been sold for over $400 here and then the buyer tried to do quick flip on GD? With GD 20% commission though probably lost money.

Anyways..
If I were him and wanted a quick flip but a profitable one..I would have kept a reserve @least

The LLLL market is hot not just in .com but many other extensions. The buyouts in other extensions only helps to increase the value in LLLL.com
They wouldn't buyout other extensions if they could get a .com!

If anyone pays $1000 for LLLL.whatever, they would pay more for the same LLLL in .com
The only exception I see to this is if the LLLL is a keyword that really works with the extension.

Although CARS.car still may never reach the value of cars.com (branding and development aside)
This may be because there is .cars and .auto to compete with each other. This causes problems with the new gtld market. Confusion and multiple extensions with the same meaning will only keep the .com market strong in the future.

For those reasons, I see the LLLL.com market continuing to grow both in demand and value!

I don't see it hitting the $1000 floor in April though. I would put the LLLL.com floor at $1000 maybe sometime in 2017. You never know though, this market is crazy and there are some big players getting into the game gobbling up the LLLL.com market.

If domaining goes more mainstream,the Indian market takes off, or domains start to get traded more like stocks and put into IRAs or something strange like that, then we might be talking about a $10,000 floor.

They started it at Chinese chat groups to buy out 20% names that don't have them and to establish floors for those as 5L buyout is immense task and they give themselves advantage. But it misfired. Buyout could have happened without it to go along with the story that all chips are the same and they will be like stocks. Now it is screwed, as you have to look, analyse each name individually.

Bhanu and Cynthia of dn.com spread that on NP. I don't even understand why Cynthia messes worth this stuff. As escrow platform rep she should not be shooting values for any category of names.
