.tv WorryFree.tv good for travel biz?

I plan to develop WorryFree.tv to be a travel site. Could you please give your advice? Is it workable?

Why Travel?

I can see the angle, but travel arrangements are not the worry they used to be now that there are well developed online travel portals and everthing can be arranged, well in advance, in a few clicks... while saving you money.

Speaking of Money... that's what most folks worry about. Money and crime.
Financial planning is not a great (read popular) Tv format -though there are a few folks with the personality & smarts to pull it off -but they are taken.

Crime & security would be my focus if I had worryfree.tv, and some money to develop it. If you don't have the funds... I would suggest you target CCTV (Closed Circuit TV) companys -serving businesses, and home security firms -like ADT. This is a perpetual growth industry that 'sells' the "worry free" message.

The angle is... with the proliferation of picture phones, wifi, and ip video, security firms like ADT can incorporate motion-sensor webcams into their home security systems, or patch-in existing ones, and clients can be alerted -with a distinct ringtone when a sensor is triggered; and folks will also be able to dial-up the cameras anytime they want to just check things out -on their WorryFree.tv channel/webpage, via cellphone. Less expensive audio sensors can also be deployed.

As this technology is global they can *travel* worry-free.

While at home the system can be used to monitor the baby's room, the grounds, garage or scope the office.

Just an idea... you obviously have your own. Either way, its gonna take some marketing work. Keep in mind most potential buyers/companies do not want to buy a property/domain that they will have to staff / invest in. Ideally, if you could operate the domain as a CCTV / Home Security network shell that individuals as well as companies can patch into -like a (secure & private) webcam site then your chances of success improve, IMO.

In the meantime, I would park the domain with Home Security & CCTV keywords (including the terms "homeland security", "national security", "Terrorism" / "Alert Level", etc.).

Hi! When I suggested the domain name worryfree.tv, I was actually thinking of a television show that caters to all things safe for kids. No violence nor foul language or sex. At least that was my initial idea of it.

Welcome ... and I hope you become very reech! :yell:
I'd suggest development, absolutely ... but perhaps with a different (.TV) domain name, expressly for travel, travel-related IMHO. Being told "WorryFree" makes me nervous (actually, worried), my two sense. :blink:
