I believe that President Biden was right when he said that Russia is going to Invade Ukraine.

Any intelligent person is going to come to the same conclusion knowing that Russia has already decided to pay any price imposed on it by the West through sanctions.

Short of full military confrontation by the West there is nothing that can make Russia to change its mind as they see this as a golden opportunity to resurrect the once powerful superpower that was equal to the USA.

But Russia’s ambitions are not going to stop with taking over Ukraine since it already has made plans to increase its sphere of influence to Asia, Middle East, and South America and perhaps the whole World knowing that the West is most likely not going to do anything beyond just imposing sanctions which ultimately will hurt the West itself by effecting the Global economy in an adverse way the longer that they go on.

I personally don’t like any of the old ideologies, philosophies, and doctrines of Capitalism, Communism, Socialism, Religious Fundamentalism and all the other “ism” that are derived from the bad human characteristics of Greed, Lust, Hate, Cruelty, Jealousy, Prejudice, and lack of Empathy and that have been infringing on our rights in one way or another throughout the history because they can only exist through supporting inequality, oppression, suppression, torture, killing, and War.

When it comes to saving the World the last thing that I want to see is the further expansion of these old systems that have all already proven to be a failure in dealing with the existential problems that are currently facing Humanity and the Environment.

We don’t want all these political, Religious, and Racial parties and groups to resurrect their past, we want something new that can propel the World into the next Era that is based on the Universal Principles and Values that have been derived through Logic and Compassion and not through Force and Violence.

By “We” I mean all the Intelligent, Righteous, and Peace loving people of the World.

IMO

'You can't imagine the conditions' - Accounts emerge of Russian detention camps

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-61208404

"Oleksandr and Olena are two of the lucky few who recently managed to escape from Mariupol, which is now almost under full Russian control after weeks of bombardment.

The city is effectively sealed off from the world, and information about what is happening inside is difficult to confirm independently.
But the pair, and others, have given chilling accounts of life in Russia's so-called filtration camps, set up outside Mariupol to house civilians before they are evacuated.

Oleksandr and Olena, speaking from the relatively safe western city of Lviv, say they ended up at one of the centres when they tried to escape the city. After walking from their home to an evacuation point, they were driven to a Russian refugee hub at a former school in the village of Nikolske, north-west of Mariupol.
"It was like a true concentration camp," Oleksandr, 49, says.

The centres have been compared by Ukrainian officials to those used during Russia's war in Chechnya, when thousands of Chechens were brutally interrogated and many disappeared.

Oleksandr and Olena were fingerprinted, photographed from all sides, and interrogated for several hours by Russian security officers - "like in a prison", he says.

They worried that the Russians would look at their phones, and so they cleared all evidence from their devices of anything to do with Ukraine - including photos of their daughter in front of a Ukrainian flag.
They were right to worry. Oleksandr says that during their interrogation, Russian security officers examined photographs, phone call history and contact numbers on their devices for links with journalists or government and military officials.

"If a person was suspected of being a 'Ukrainian Nazi', they took them to Donetsk for further investigation or murder. It was very dangerous and risky. Any small doubt, any small resistance - and they could take you to the basements for interrogation and torture. Everybody was afraid to be taken to Donetsk."

Camps like 'ghettos'

Arriving in Lviv on the same day were Valentyna and her husband Evgeniy. They also managed to flee Mariupol last week.

The filtration camps are like ghettos," she says. "Russians divide people into groups. Those who were suspected of having connections with the Ukrainian army, territorial defence, journalists, workers from the government - it's very dangerous for them. They take those people to prisons to Donetsk, torture them."

She and Evgeniy also say many were sent from the filtration camps to Russia. Sometimes people were told they were destined for Ukrainian-controlled territory, they say, only for the coach to head to Russian-held territory instead.

Like Oleksandr and Olena, Valentyna says it was only because of their driver that they managed to escape.
"When we finally [escaped] and saw the Ukrainian fighters and the flag, when we heard Ukrainian language, everyone in the bus started to cry," she said. "It was just unbelievable that we stayed alive and finally fled from hell."

That's what's doing Putler and his troops of terrorists. Daily shelling civilian apartments and people, constantly, every day. Deliberately targetting innocent civilians, women, elderly.
That's a massacre, a deliberate genocide. And that's what happens when a inhumane mass murderer takes the power during 22 years of dictatorship.
Sure, but did you watch the video? Whilst the video shows the evil what’s happening in Ukraine, actually this video is more about ‘kindness’ and ‘community’ (even though Russians have destroyed that physically), one of the most moving things I’ve seen.

Yes I watched the video. And yes of course I see the kindness and community among ukrainians. (y) And the destruction that Putler is causing there.

Good if it finally happens.

Germany to send anti-aircraft systems to Ukraine in policy shift

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/apr/26/germany-anti-aircraft-systems-ukraine-defence-military

"The German government is expected to use the occasion of a high-level defence meeting on supporting Ukraine to announce that it will send a fleet of anti-aircraft systems to Ukraine, as it attempts to offset criticism that it has been too slow to provide military equipment to the war-torn country.

Christine Lambrecht, the defence minister, is due to pledge about 50 Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns, in a speech to the representatives of 40 countries at the talks hosted by the US air force at its Europe headquarters in Ramstein, south-west Germany.

In her speech, which was leaked to German media and reported widely on Tuesday morning, Lambrecht is expected to announce a range of other measures, including participation in training Ukrainian soldiers in the use of the armoured Howitzer 2000, a long-range weapon, which the Netherlands has said it will deliver to Ukraine.

On Tuesday, the leader of the opposition conservative alliance, Friedrich Merz, accused Scholz of being “irresponsible”, arguing that not delivering the weapons would render Germany’s deterrence policies null and void, particularly in the Baltic region.

In an interview at the weekend, Merz said: “Criticism abroad is growing and Germany is increasingly isolated”.

I read Ukraine has more tanks than Russia now. I wonder if they will be able to take back southern Ukraine. That would certainly put a dent in RU's reputation.

I don't think so. If Ukraine would have more tanks than Russia now, they would have re-taken Mariupol and other cities.
In fact I think Ukraine has just around a 1/10 of Russian tanks. That's why it is so important to provide tanks and anti-aircraft missile systems to Ukraine.

Russian naZism 2022.

Even when orcs can do that - they interpret it as Western 'fake news'.
Don't be naive regarding Mordor, they understand only FORCE!

And 80%+ of them get all news via TV channels only.
Web (even if non-restricted) doesn't have any critical impact in Mordor.

In video posted by @Kingslayer - I see their young generation of Zombies...

They started invasion in 2014...
And Twitter/Youtube etc. were non-restricted for orcs during all these 8 years...
As you see - it has no impact on their naZism, they understand only FORCE!

There no citizens.
There just POPULATION... And they fight for SUGAR!
Bottom line:
Only with all required types of weapons we can defeat this reincarnated evil.
We fight TOGETHER and we will win!
Slava Ukraini!

So, there it says that Ukrainian Army has more tanks now than when the war began. And I can agree with that.

But that article it's not too clear at all. First it cites an "unnamed" senior official saying this:

"Right now, the Ukrainians have more tanks in Ukraine than the Russians do, and they certainly have the purview to use them,” an unnamed senior US defence official told reporters on Thursday."

And then, it says:

"It is not clear what the overall count of tanks is on either side, or whether Russia’s efforts to resupply those units will ultimately shift the balance of tanks engaged in Ukraine in Moscow’s favour."

Then you can see a graph where you can see the number of total tanks by each country:

Ukraine don't reach the 3,000 tanks.

Russia have more than 12,000 tanks.

And about armored vehicles:

Ukraine around 12,500.

Russia 30,000 vehicles.

And I don't see the Czech Republic (the only country that has said it has already supplied tanks to Ukraine) having sent 9,000 tanks to Ukraine or 18,000 armoured vehicles.

Tanks, anti-aircraft heavy weapons (that can reach russian jets) and fighter jets.

That's the 3 main weaponry that Zelensky is asking for from the beginning of the war, to counter attack and win against Putler aggression.

Ukraine now have enough "Stinger" and the likes missiles to reach russian helicopters and anti-tank missiles (that's what most of the countries have already sent to Ukraine), but you need heavier anti-aircraft missile systems, to reach russian jets. A lot more tanks. And also jet fighters to counter-attack russian troops.

With those weapons, Putler would have to go out of Ukraine in a very short time.

Slava Ukraini!

Yes, and the mentioned Forbes article was published on March'24, it is outdated - in other words.
