I believe that President Biden was right when he said that Russia is going to Invade Ukraine.

Any intelligent person is going to come to the same conclusion knowing that Russia has already decided to pay any price imposed on it by the West through sanctions.

Short of full military confrontation by the West there is nothing that can make Russia to change its mind as they see this as a golden opportunity to resurrect the once powerful superpower that was equal to the USA.

But Russia’s ambitions are not going to stop with taking over Ukraine since it already has made plans to increase its sphere of influence to Asia, Middle East, and South America and perhaps the whole World knowing that the West is most likely not going to do anything beyond just imposing sanctions which ultimately will hurt the West itself by effecting the Global economy in an adverse way the longer that they go on.

I personally don’t like any of the old ideologies, philosophies, and doctrines of Capitalism, Communism, Socialism, Religious Fundamentalism and all the other “ism” that are derived from the bad human characteristics of Greed, Lust, Hate, Cruelty, Jealousy, Prejudice, and lack of Empathy and that have been infringing on our rights in one way or another throughout the history because they can only exist through supporting inequality, oppression, suppression, torture, killing, and War.

When it comes to saving the World the last thing that I want to see is the further expansion of these old systems that have all already proven to be a failure in dealing with the existential problems that are currently facing Humanity and the Environment.

We don’t want all these political, Religious, and Racial parties and groups to resurrect their past, we want something new that can propel the World into the next Era that is based on the Universal Principles and Values that have been derived through Logic and Compassion and not through Force and Violence.

By “We” I mean all the Intelligent, Righteous, and Peace loving people of the World.

IMO

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
The way it works in America, with all the checks & balances, no president can be a dictator.
He tried by all means. Luckily he didn't get away with it.

BTW, Trump didn't call Putin a genius for invading Ukraine. He was referring to the way Putin manipulated and out maneuvered fools like Merkel, Shultz, Obama and Biden.

Trump calls Putin 'genius' and 'savvy' for Ukraine invasion

https://www.politico.com/news/2022/02/23/trump-putin-ukraine-invasion-00010923

"Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday described Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine as “genius” and “savvy,” praising his onetime counterpart for a move that has spurred sanctions and universal condemnation from the U.S. government and its trans-Atlantic allies.

I went in yesterday and there was a television screen, and I said, ‘This is genius.’ Putin declares a big portion of the Ukraine — of Ukraine — Putin declares it as independent. Oh, that’s wonderful,”

Reports say Russia has 12,400 tanks which is the largest in the world with Ukraine possessing 2,586 tanks. Ukraine has 74 T-64 tanks against Russia's 2,000.

Ukraine also has 3,666 T-72 tanks however Russia has nearly twice that number at 9,950. Clearly as far as size is concerned the tank strength of the two countries is greatly mismatched.

----------------------------

Russia can keep a number of tanks in Russia, but also Ukraine must keep even a higher number of tanks in other regions and cities in Ukraine, to defend them from Putler's aggression.

So, in SouthEast Ukraine, that is where the actual Putin's aggression is centered right now, there are more Russian tanks than Ukrainian.

If someone states that in Ukraine there are more ukrainian tanks than russian, it's making a misleading statement, as Ukraine needs a high number of those tank force to defend all their cities, while Russia can put all its tank force in Ukraine right now centered in SouthWest Ukraine.

DO NOT COMPARE Russian tank force with Ukrainian. Zelensky has been asking for TANKS from day one of Putler's invasion, because Ukraine really needs those tanks. Because they are being outnumbered by the Russian tank force.

So you already know what he said. I think it's quite clear.

I went in yesterday and there was a television screen, and I said, ‘This is genius.’ Putin declares a big portion of the Ukraine — of Ukraine — Putin declares it as independent. Oh, that’s wonderful,”

Even he added that it was "pretty savvy".

So, Putin invades part of Ukraine, then he declares it independent, and for Trump, that's "genius" and "pretty savvy" :banghead:

Russia doesn't have 12,4K tanks in Ukraine.

No one compared Russian tank force to Ukraine's donated, out of date tanks. I said Ukraine has more tanks in Ukraine than Russia. In another post I said Ukraine's tanks are older.

On the + side, Ukraine has captured dozens of Russian tanks.

That gives Ukraine an advantage they didn't have a month ago. Because like it or not, they are going to have to Re-take Russian occupied territory. It will be very hard.

You can stay angry and butt hurt about some thing Trump said in passing. Maybe you don't understand politics or sarcasm.

But the sooner you get over your emotional knee jerk response, the better. Trump isn't on Russia side. The media want to you believe he is the definition of evil but he is smarter and understands what motivates people better than most.

Maybe you prefer Obama's approach of kissing Putin's ass? Selling Russia nuclear fuel in exchange for empty promises from Putin?

Obama was elected to a second term in November, 2013. Russia annexed Crimea in March of 2014.

In 2013 and 2014 happened many things. Linking Russian invasion of Crimea to Obama is just nonsense.

The real mystery is why Putin waited until Biden was elected to invade Ukraine. I mean... Trump was his best friend and ally. CoLuSiOn !!!

So, just think how Trump favoured Putin's interests, that even if Ukraine invasion was in Putin's plans, he postponed it because Trump was even a bigger threat to the Western world.

Trump was ready to break NATO alliance, and that's Putin's best dream.

Really man, if you don't see that Trump was the best and biggest puppet that Putin could have in this world...
