Wordpress self publishing button

I have the website www.smallbusiness.net.au and it has been suggested i should have a self publishing button so prospective listers can do the lisiting themselves rather than having to send me an email

any suggestions on a good plugin, my skills are somewhat limited but i would love to see this site being used , which at the moment it is not, possibly because of the procedure to list

what 'listing' form that you mean? is it like articles or ads? If articles, you can use author feature at wordpress. You know, In wordpress, user able to register and write something on the blog, You can adjust the user rules at wp-admin.
