Wordpress faq?

Hi,
I am new with wordpress.so i have no idea how it works.i have installed wordpress 2.0.5 and what next?.i think hosts like dream hosts have auto install right.can any one give me a link where i can find answers like changing the template etc.i will add repp's for your valueable help.

wordpress has a faq site with tons of info and mods, I think the url is http://www.wordpress.org You should be able to find anything you want there..

Regarding templates...there are lots of templates available from http://themes.wordpress.net/ ... download theme...make a folder for each theme under wp-content/themes/ and then upload all theme files and enable themes from your presentation menu in your Control Panel...! Theme Installed!
