Wordpress issues

I have a client who wants to take my template and install a wordpress blog on his website using what I designed.

How would he go about doing this?

he could backup and restore your site to his new hosting files and thene dit the content.

Is the template already in wordpress format? Or is it just HTML? If it's already a wordpress template you can just duplicate your directory structure and database and give everything to him... then he erases the content and starts from scratch using your template.

If the template is NOT in wordpress format, you'll first have to convert it to one. It's not a particularly complicated process and there's plenty of documentation available online. You don't really need to be too familiar with PHP to accomplish this.
