WORDPRESS BLOG - Adding Adverts

Currently am using AD-MAN from wordpress to add my adverts....
Its a 50-50 thing...
What methods do you use to add yours ?
For example, i want to add my advert just after the MENU....
But AD-MAN can only add them in the contents of my blogs !
