Maybe, but it might just as well been one of the many hundreds of brandables with a 'ly' suffix gathering dust on BB / Brandpa / Atom.

It's a sale where the seller either had inside info, or decided to go full moonshot on a random brandable in his portfolio without much explanation of the pricing rationale.
