Wondering...$ 14 per click website's worth

I have a website, which usually has a very low CTR( 1.xx % ) and low traffic ( 1,212 uniques, 3844 pageviews, 2 Months apprx ).
I have adsense on it.
Mostly the CPC is 0.50 (Average) or so and sometimes it is $ 7.xx $ 8.xx, $ 14.xx, per click.

Its a niche medical domain.

What should be the worth of such a website ?

What is the current revenue per month? Usually for domain names with content the price is somewhere around 6 months worth of revenue. So if you were making 10$ a month, you could look for 60$. This is just a general appraisal, of course if you provided more information it would be easier to say a more accurate rate.
