Won and Paid GD Expired Domain, now gone

I won a domain name at GD expired auction and paid.

Now the domain name has been removed from my "won" list and the whois is showing as someone else.

GoDaddy has not even refunded me or emailed me anything.

Is this normal behaviour?

Yes, it is very common. Do not panic.

Old owner must be renewed / transferred the domain. you will get refund within 24 hrs maximum. if you don't get refund, call godaddy support.
