I just set up a forum on this domain but I haven't advertised this forum yet. I am not really sure what to do with it. Any ideas on what should I develop on this domain, please? Do you see any potential? I am willing to partner with someone who has a great idea.
Thanks.

Start your own business offering support. That would involve contacting existing small- to medium companies and basically offering them the chance to outsource their online support to you.

You need a script installed that can handle online support. For example- in the past when I worked for a major company I worked with a Helpdesk Software called parature and accepted calls through a web-based system called Angel. In effect most businesses need support for their customers in some way or another.

OR...

You can hire a few people who are proficient in being IT Support Agents and offer this service for a small fee to people. Advertise in your local area and online and you might be surprised how many people will actually sign up for your service.

If you want to go with your forum idea, well then all you have to do is invite a few technically gifted people to your forum and offer some sort of compensation in return for their expert knowledge. So people sign up for free, but if they need support then and there they can subscribe to a premium service which they can access a sub-forum and your gifted partners will help the person.

A good thing to offer people is also Live Messenger Support and the use if Skype so they can get in contact with you easily.

Awesome, Sarah. That's the best advice I've ever received from someone. I will definitely give it a thought. :)
Thanks a bunch. Rep added. :)
