domain WinterCoat,us, Bijouterie,us,Gastronomie,us

I would like to here your opinions on these domains..
Bijouterie means jewelry in french and Gastronomie means gastronomy in german I dont know how this will work with .us but these two keywords have a big search volume.. WinterCoat a product that everyone needs..

WinterCoat.us is the only one I like really, they would be great if they were all in English, but the fact that your using a .us and then the domain is French, I don't think it works unless you create a brand.
