At present you have a #1 ranking in google for “Vista Ultimate” of nearly 50,000 pages indexed, so I will value this developed website at high $xxx to low $x,xxx. I would have appraised higher but currently there’s only 5 pages indexed in google and 1 in yahoo.

Further development would increase the value greatly. IMHO
