I requested every way I could to put wincoin.com in the special spotlight spot during final hours of the auction,

No response.

How long until I get a response or they kindly put it up?

That happens either when there is no other spotlight listing to replace the existing one or when the "ended' auction is still under the 3 day (or custom) paid spotlight duration.

Either way just speaking from my experience, try to put "Spotlight" as a subject when you try to email flippa, you might get a quicker response.
