Why so expensive??

So, I've been looking at arizonalandforsale.com, but the owner wants 10k for it. Maybe I'm just too much of a rookie but I can't figure out what on earth makes Him think he can ask so much for it! Currently it's being used for adsense and it has a PR of 0.. Am I missing something??

So many domainers have the attitude that all they need to do is sell one domain at a huge price to make money and then they wonder why they never sell anything.

I think it would be better for the industry if domainers got serious about setting asking prices that are reasonable and stop thinking they will find that elusive end user who will pay a ridiculous asking price.

Why not to reg similar domain? you can use hyphen or reg it with other extension.
