Why not able to access namepros chat

When i am trying to access chat room from office i am getting following error.

Could not connect to www.namepros.com:8888.

Possible reasons include:

- The chat server system at www.namepros.com is temporarily unavailable.

- Your computer is behind a firewall or proxy server. Please ensure that your firewall permits outgoing TCP connections to www.namepros.com on port 8888.


Is there any other alternative way to access chat?

make sure your firewall is accepting tcp outgoing for namepros.com on that port you specified as mentioned in your first post
