discuss Why new gtld's exist?

My question is simple.Why all these new gtld's like .beer or .top?In other words why to say company.top when you have topcompany.com?Finally, i am the one who hates all these tld's?

If you want to make Money than go and sell buckets in the valley of the golddiggers.

It is not a secret that the most money in domainbiz are made by the registries.

But as a 'golddigger' and not as a bucket seller I believe in some of the new gTLDs.
Everyone who have the nerves and the will to dig for gold should do it - at least for the experience.
Its never to late to learn something.
Just try to understand mankind.
Trying to achieve something is part of our existence. We allway try to climb a(ny kind of a) hill.
So use your skill, chill and climb the hill.
Than there will be gold on the way and you just have to pick it up.
But allways move smart.

Internet is growing, Smartphonemarket is exploding, websitebuilders are spreading...
...so many will need websites = domains in future.
I mean not tomorrow, I mean the next generations.
So those New GTLDs make absolute sense.

.com is the biggest tree, for sure. But those new gTLDs are many small trees.

Which new gTLD will be the top next tree?
I have my thoughts...
