why my bounce rate is getting higher day by day?

Kindly review my site and suggest any way to lower the bouncing rate which is increasing day by day particularly during few last months. If some one can give me some suggestions regarding its design and graphics.
Your advice is really precious for me.

What's up Google ad sitting in the middle of the page which is bigger than all the content?

Your bounce rate is probably getting larger because your ad(s) take up more room than your content. You want people to click the ads, but you need to make it more subtle.

As soon as I opened it I got 33% of my screen covered up with Google ad block (800*600 resolution) So my first impression is you showing ads and no content

You need to restructure your ads placement... IMO remove that pink block and instead put a horizontal banner on top
