Can I ask if you are tracking uniques? How many? I never understood why anyone would use a free image host script supported by banners when they have to supply the hosting costs. But that may be just me.
First, your site looks non profesional to me. I am talking both the image script selling site, and the demo page.
The script selling page looks like a template.. Not what you want people to think when you are trying to sell them something. Its very bland and unapealing.
The demo site uses frames. I dislike frames unless used very well, your background image in the frame doesnt work right in Firefox. It also has to large of a header and images at the top and sides which distract. Make it simpler. 4 small linked images at the top, and rid yourself of the frames.
I uploaded a test image to see what happened. It uploaded it fine, but all it gives me is link, not a thumbnail. People have goten used to thumbs... without one I wouldnt use the host when their are plenty that do.
I run a Image host site that I coded by hand so I know it takes a bit to code everything. I think you just need to concentrate more on the presentation of your site than the coding.
Make your script work as much like the big image hosts like imageshack.
I was thinking of creating a image host template in asp to release and sell, but didnt know how well it would go.
