Why I don't like Dynadot for new gTLDs

Hi,

I recently purchased a domain Websites.space from Dynadot.com for $9.99.

They're charged my PayPal account, but domain does not registered.

Dynadot should make a refund or register a domain for me, but their support doesn't respond. I created a ticket and wait for a response for more than 12 hours.

Maybe they didn't have the right pricing for this one as this is a premium according to other registrars (maybe when they send the registration request with this pricing it was denied, don't know exactly how this works from the one that is responsible for .space) and a few other registrars prices vary from $6,000 to $8,000.
