I Purchased 2 domains on 18 OCt 2024 through UPI . In my Mobile my Payment was Sucessful , but when i checked the Dynadot Account it was still showing as " Open order " and its under " Process" . i talked with Dyna support they said UPI Payments may take Days for them to Reach Dynadot.
I want to register the domains soon and not wait 3 or more days so i added account Credit and changed the mode of Payment for the open order to " account Credit" and executed the Order . so i ended up Paying Twice for the same order .
I asked supported about this they said they will refund me the amount when they receive it .later i made them raise a Ticket for the same , But it has been 7 days now yet no Refund . the support tells me to contact bank . i contacted bank & Google Pay (UPI)
they said transaction went through every thing went smooth no issues.
i havent yet received the amount (Rs.1956) Dynadot You Could do Better i am an avid fan of you Guys .
