Why BrandBucket's Customer Support Lacks quick response?

BrandBucket is one of the best companies for selling Brandable Domain names, but one Loop hole is their slow response to Emails. It would be great if they speedup their response time. Your experience regarding this issue?..

I sent in a few pretty decent names over a month ago and haven't heard anything back. Won't be probably sending any more names there as it looks like just a waste of time..

Submission process usually takes long time because they have to review tons of Domain names per month , But my concern is about their email/ticket response...
