Why are you not invested in .tv?

I am trying to understand why some domainers are not leveraging the .tv extension to diversify their portfolios. If you can share your thoughts with me, I would greatly appreciate it and I will begin a summarized list for everyone to review here.

Like so many .tv enthusiasts on this site, I credit the .tv extension for bringing me into the world of domaining and I have since invested in .com and .mobi.

I have learned a tremendous amount and continue to learn more every day, but I want to learn more why others are staying away. Is it that you feel the .tv extension is hype, is it overpriced in your opinion, are the returns not as great as the ones you are seeing in other areas, or the short term outlook not lucrative enough to justify the investment (but you possibly see the potential .tv has in the future)?

I genuinely want to know.

Apparently it was temporary. GoDaddy just dropped registration prices AGAIN for the third time. Now .tv names can be registered for 12.99 a year!!!! This the lowest price .tv names have ever been to my knowledge!!!

I'm still betting that GoDaddy comes up with similar tools for their .tv domain holders. No reason for me to base that on, other than the fact that me.tv makes GoDaddy a LOT less competitive in that extension, and these things have a way of evening out over time. Additionally, I can't help but feel that something else is at work, here.
