Why and Where?

Anyone help me with these questions, please?

I dont see many names beginning or ending with the letters tv -even when
it's a .com ext.
Why?

I read that it's better to park at certain places, depending on the category of names. (e.g. poker, real estate)
Has anyone found it beneficial to park in one certain place, when it comes to "adult" names. And one certain place to sell the aforementioned names?

Where is the best place to attract buyers - where you have to pay for featured listing?
