Take a screenshot of your email spam folder (black out any personal details you don't want shown, of course), showing all intrust's spam that you receive in a couple days. Send the screenshot to intrust's registrar and to their website's hosting provider, with a complaint. If intrust is so arrogant and morally bankrupt that they don't honor requests to stop spamming, you have to attack them through alternate directions... like the services they must use to keep doing business. Registrars and hosting providers are a start, anyway
Also, doesn't your email offer a setting where you can block certain senders? Type intrust's email addy into that blocked list. This works if they are always sending the spam from the same email addy; if they're constantly adding dozens of email addies to send spams from, then of course your email blocker won't help much. I've had a casino-related spammer for a couple months now, after blocking about a dozen email addies for them they still send spam using new addies, so I gave up. If I get more than 2 - 4 a day, as I do presently, then I'll contact their registrar/host with a complaint. So far it's manageable. Annoying, but manageable without trouble.
