IMHO this skin is so terrible.

Does anyone else have problems with the layout now, all the threads are squashed.

If you change the background/colors etc, you kinda need to change ALL the icons as well, it looks like a kid designed this.

Rick definitely did well in making this stand out, though its a real turn off for namepros IMO.

I doubt he needs sales quick - if he did, he probably wouldn't fork out $xx,xxx in advertising

Overall I like the concept of "shock and awe" advertising but I have to say it's a little heavy on the "cheese" as in extra cheesy.

I like namepros so I'll reserve using the term "sell out" although that what this is right??? A complete sell out of the site.

You get free NP$ and consequently a free domain. Not good to say that.

It gives NamePros the "nightclub" look and makes it appear somewhat lively but nevertheless is a strain on the eyes.

I changed the default template on my (much smaller) forum and people didn't like it either. Since some members belong to the site for many years and use it daily, I think the template and VB style becomes part of the brand and it doesn't feel like the same forum without it. I changed mine back to the original default and gave users the choice of which they preferred.

Actually, the more i have NP up on the screen, the more i get used to it. Of course, it's vastly different than what we're used to, but it's actually quite refreshing to see a bit of a change at times.
My eyes have adjusted to it by now....maybe that's because my retinas peeled off or i'm really adapting..
