Who is NameZero?

I am having an issue with a name snapnames caught for me and they told me to contact the registrar (that caught it on their behalf) namezero.

I go to namezero.com but no contact, I did some searches I see links to dotster, tucows etc but I am not sure.

Does anyone know?
