I went to whiz and noticed that its now $7 something for the same domain but I have other .co.in domains that this did not happen to. I logged on to whiz and went to transfer money to the account to register it again and even though paypal shows that the funds went to whiz, whiz does not show this so the domains just sitting there in my cart and I can't re register it.

Well, first question - is this domain still available?

??

My first question would be: You registered it months ago, and you are just asking about it now? You should always verify that each domain is successful registered within a day or two, otherwise there is a problem.

TK is a member here, he owns Whiz.in. He is usually very quick to answer questions and resolve problems. Have you contacted support at Whiz?

It was successful when I purchased it, I found out today that since I purchased it at a promotional price of $3 something a couple months back, now I have to pay $7 something on the same domains because the promotional price ended today. That doesnt make sense at all. Why would anybody buy a domain at a promotional price, if they risk losing that domain a couple months later when the promotion ends and then they have to pay the full price if they want that domain back. Im probably misunderstanding this situation or something....

Ok heres another problem. I re registered the domain through whiz.in for the $7 but whiz.in always has problems where they dont honor your paypal money until a day or 2 later when you add funds from your paypal account. So I wasnt sure if it went through and I went over to website.in to register it instead. It says that I registered it successfully through website.in...BUT, it's showing up in my whiz.in account now too!???? So I have this domain in my whiz.in account, as well as my website.in account.

They are both DirectI resellers, so basically same system anyway. Which of them allows you control domain? Try to change whois contacts or nameservers.

SO AL and TK got back to me and they were very helpful. It was my mistake because I remember a few months back I was having problems paying through paypal (My funds werent showing up right away) so I had only partially payed for the domain. When the promo ended and the new prices kicked in, thats when the registration failed. Im impressed with Whiz.in's customer service and how quickly they got back to me. Thanks for the replies everyone.
