Great name to build a site on. There's a minisite there now, I just threw it up in December to grab some traffic stats.
Real value here would be to pitch it to a... surprise surprise...a Whistler Ski Shop.
Whistler is one of the top rated ski resorts in the world and one of the most popular. Also host of the Vancouver 2010 Olympics, so it will be getting lots of tourists in the years to come.
The mini site is on the first page of google with no effort. Would be easy to catch other keywords included in the name (ie. ski whistler). Gets about 3 uniques per day atm. Real value here is the resale. I don't have the time or desire to go and pitch this to whistler ski shops.
