Apart from sav, daaz, dnwe (you just need to add their TXT or point the nameservers to them as ownership verification) on which other site can you start auction without your domains having to be registered on there? For example, on dynadot, porkbun, namecheap your domains are required to be registered on there otherwise you can't start an auction.
