Which PayPal account should I choose? I am going to register for a new one now. Should I register for a personal, premier or business account?

for personal means for you only then use personal because no fees for transfering or recieving
premier or business had fees so if you want to accept credit card payments then i would suggest for premier or business
but what purpose you are using payapl account

If you want to use a billing system like modernbill or others, you have to use Paypal Premiere or Business.

If you want to buy only domains you can use personal account.
Remember you can't receive payment from credit card directly on personal account.

If in future you need more paypal features, you will be able to switch to personal and business account.

A billing system allows you to control the payment (it can create invoices for check your customer's subscriptions). For example, when you register a domain, you create an invoice on domain company's billing system (it's the same for renewals).

On personal account you can receive the payment from others paypal account, not from credit cards.

You can accept credit cards on a personal account. The thing that holds you back is that it only allows you to do it 5 times in 12 months before you have to get a business or premier account. Being in the domaining industry i found that 5 times lasted about 3 days and i had to upgrade.

Thats what it told me and was pretty much forced to upgrade. No matter MassPay works fine
