I tryed to register Keyword IDN from a drop, But i cant figure out the language

E.g: sex©.com

IDN cant register with english

It is said that ICANN do not allow the new registration for (most of the) symbol IDN since Jan. 1st. 2008

but for the domain - [ sex©.com ] was not available at moment.
