Is there anyone that can point me to a website or free software to convert IDN domains into their meaning?

IE: xn--bb5k.com If I type this in I want it to show me the english meaning and if possible (if not fine) the language of the IDN

Rep points will be given for information!

Thank You

Never seen anything like that. But even if someone had built it I wouldn't trust a single translation. Language is far too complex not to check multiple dictionaries if you don't speak the language.

There is nothing on the market then to read IDN?

You may be a bit confused; you can use a punycode converter to change the punycode (the xn--whatever) to unicode, and then from there you should be able to roughly tell the language.

Once you have the unicode, you can use various online translators to translate for you, or you could ask a native speaker for help.

I'm not sure what the punycode you listed converts to - my computer is not recognizing it, which is odd since I have many, many languages programmed in.

Bottom line is, if you aren't a native speaker in the language you plan to invest in, you should do a lot of research.

Good luck!

Just get the punycode -> change it to unicode -> then translate it using an online translator. After a week or two you will learn which words are for what language just by the way they look. ;).

It's easy once you get the hang of it.
