With all due personal respect to the starter of this thread, I would not consider .top for any purpose, as it is
1) overspammed, many email system admins block any and all emails from .top domains together.
2) promotes itself and was designed to be generic extension, sort of .com alternative, together with .xyz, which designation most real endusers do not yet find useful for their real production purposes, and, likely, this situation will never be changed due to consantly decreasing trust in overspammed extensions (and due to .xyz-specific issues lowering their reputation even more), if not due to the lack of practical need of new global (not "niched") extensions.
As pure stats shows, real endusers in "new gtlds" aspect tend use more-or-less "niched" extensions such a .club or .guru, and the number of such real endusers is still very small.
I personally think that from your list .shop may have some perspectives, but, since greedy icann approved both .shop and .store and (if the memory serves me correctly) also some similar non-English shopping extensions, the future may show that all these shopping-related extensions will die together, due to enduser confusion.
For the sake of clarity, I as a domainer registed just about 10 or so domains in new tlds, and they all are keyword1.keyword2 where I beleive that "keyword1+keyword2" may possibly become more valuable term in forseable future, more valuable than it is now. It is a sort of casino bet for me, for $$$ I may afford to have lost (just 10 handregs), and another part of the bet is that .keyword2 registry will survive and become more-or-less recognizeable in end-user eyes, which only time will tell. So I do intend to sell or develop my 10 ngtld regs at all at this time.
