Hard to answer James because I am sure you want more for Thailand and San Jose then you want for Queens and Cambridge at least that is what I am thinking,
Thailand.org is on sale right now on DNF seller looking to trade for traffic domains or low to mid xx,xxx.

I would think Thailand.tv would sell first then San Jose.tv then Cambridge.tv then Queens.tv Again IMO

Damn!! That was my order too!!

But just because I would want more shouldnt realy make a difference which one sells first unless you go along the lines of less money more potential buyers.....but since I wont be going less than 10 k for any of these names - its end user territory and thus those willing to spend 10k on QUEENS .TV which is the second largest borough in NEW YORK, would probably live there, whilst Thailand .TV would be perfect for existing tourist businesses.......SANJOSE would definately be end user terriotry have had serious offers in the past - I am glad i turned down the money.....if Chicago TV, SKG and Brian can make their geos work.....geos then become a hot commodity.

And finally Cambridge TV I would love to go to Harvard University or MIT - what they could do wth this name to develop it is truly limited only by their imagination

I pick SANJOSE.TV.

If all names received offers with different interest, then expect the lower one to sell first. I will say Queens.TV, Cambridge.TV, SanJose.TV, Thailand.TV in order.

Sanjose and thailand

I predict all four will go at once in a package deal.

It depends on your expectations and how you price them but with that said I would imagine:

Thailand.tv
SanJose.tv
Cambridge.tv
Queens.tv

Thailand probably appeals to a larger audience of developers/speculators. Hence, I thought it would go first.

That is my bet, mark my words.

James I wish you luck with the sales. Seems this post should be in the sales section as you seem to be promoting your own names while making it clear that you are looking to sell them.

In any case, sanjose.tv ($500 premium) should bring 10K in mid/late 2008

As far as Thailand.tv not sure what the premium is but I think it is around 3K, if that is the case, also, late 2008.

Queens.tv ($500 Premium) and Cambridge.tv ($500), I would be shocked to see either sell for 10K in 2008, but once again with the right end user you never know.

As long as you can afford to hold you will be in great shape. THAT IS THE KEY. I really believe, while prices will continue to go up in 2008, the real money is still 2 to 3 years away in most cases.

That's why to me if you want to extract maximum value from your .tv's development is the answer. Yes, that takes money, but development costs are going down and the value of the extension is rising which will make key generic .tv's a lethal combination IMO.

Thailand.tv has greater potential for development & for an enduser, so I would vote for this one

I'd say Thailand purely for its potential as a developed site.

Poodlemsn, fair point, except as i stated I am not looking to sell these nsmes except to end users.

Like you said, getting 10k for Cambridge or Queens is a tall order and I concur.......thus, my question relates down the line, which in my opinion will be mid 209 2010.

So if any promotion is taking place on my names it is for quite a few years down the line.........I am not selling now, unless I got a crazy offer and anyone who offered me what I want now would thus be crazy.

San Jose I have been offered twice by two different parties outside of namepros double your estimate and the other offer two and a half times yours estimate.

Thailand.Tv is a 1k premium

If those offers were still good SanJose.tv would be long gone by now. Not to say they won't come around again, it just may take some time.

As far your statement:

This board is littered with end users so you are proving me correct right of the bat. Bottom line, as I said and you know James, I wish you the best in both your sales and more importantly your health, but this thread can be considered none other then a sales thread and I look forward to posting my names in a similar manner in the near future under the guise "Which of the following names will sell first" to get maximum exposure for my names as it seems EQ, who as the top dog has every right, is allowing this loop hole so I might as well take advantage of it.

Sorry James, but I do see this as a sales thread. The question you are asking could have easily been asked as such:

What type of geo domain has a higher probability in selling first and in what order if you had to chose between an well known area, major city, country, college town, and why etc?

You are correct, I could have and should have labelled it so, but there was no malice intended and I certainly have no intention of selling any of my names other than to end users and I personally, have NEVER been approached by an end user for one of my nameson Namepros, except once and it was never a serious proposition in the first place as time has shown.......

If iwanted a sales thread Iwould have said I have CREDIT, IT, EDUCATION,FIX,IPO,SAX, IDO,WAIKIKI, OMAN, SAX,PI, HC,CARE, and a few more ....but I thought this was a fun thread....cause each name has the different qualities you mentioned above.

I dont think you have seen me doing this once in 18 months....why would I start now......I am buying not selling......put in a bid of $2500 for COMEDY .MOBI, lost the name by 50$, if you think I will be looking to sell those premium city country names in what must be the biggest downturn in sales of .tv , then you need to think again.....

BUT IF YOU WANT TO STICK IT IN THE SALES THREADSPEAK WITH EQUITY, I HAE NO PROBLEM EITHER WAY CAUSE ITS UNIMPORTANT TO ME IN THE BIGGER SCHEME OF THINGS

Actually, Eq, dont stick it in the sales thread - these names are not for sale - so if some are a litlle offended, just delete the post Thanks Eq :) :)

James you and I both know this statement to be untrue. The end user argument is bunk and you have sold names to people on NP that plan to develop them from NP which by definition constitutes an "end user" and others that have already marketed themselves as "end users" including a certain name that I gave you as a present. I do not care what you choose to sell James but give more credit then this.

POODLE,

there are some underlying issues here that i am unclear about, and to be frank, if they are other than constructive, then t wastess both our time.

YOU MENTION THIS PRESENT which was very nice of you, it would have been even nicer if you would have mentioned the fact since you are complimenting your generosity in public now, you forgot to mention that i gave you 40% of the sales price ( a total to you of 400$) unasked for by you but my way of saying thankyou. Which you had no problem taking.

Obviously i sell to end users, but I am talking about right now - on 4 specific geos thst will not be sold by me for less than 15 k for Queens and 50 k for SANJOSE, or 40k plus for Thailsnd, if there are any out there thay will THEN I HAVE JUST TURNED THIS INTO the selling thread that dare not show its place outside of its confounds and I have just NOW turned it into a sales thread,

other than that it was a bit of harmless fun.....

I would prefer you believe me, but there is only so much one can do,,,,,,,,,
