.tv Got an email from Sedo regarding some domains of mine, need your opinions

This email was about two specific domains of mine Open and Fast, I was asked if I d like to send them in the next Premium Auction for a €1000(euros) reserve each.
I was also asked to send any other .tv domains I m willing to let them seek investors for them.

I m thinking of listing one of these domains but first I m going to ask them if they can plan a special .tv auction like the one they had some weeks ago.
I ll let you know about any reply I m going to get.

If you are kind enough please tell me which do you like best of these two domains and which you believe is best for a Premium Sedo Auction? I love more Open but I know that Fast may get more attention to the right audience.

I m also open to offers through pm in order to sell them before sending them into auction in case you are very interested in any of them.

Hey Makis,

That is really cool that Sedo approached YOU, and the openign bid that they themselves suggested is pretty damn good IMO.

As for the better of the 2 names, That is a very very hard call. They are both really good with tons of multiple uses. I guess if I had to pick one as better, I would probably pick Open.

I also love the idea of Sedo having another .TV specific auction. Keep us posted on their response.

IMO the SEDO .tv auction went fairly well while the NP .tv did not attract the sort of bidding many had hoped for. Another SEDO-publicized auction which has premium .TV domains (w/o premium renewals) could be interesting...

FYI I like Fast more as many businesses like to be known as providing fast service

I like Fast much better. In this "era" nothing could be fast enough, so everybody wants everything fast.

Regarding, Sedo, do you have a time-frame on when they are going to do this auction?

Fast.TV is the better of the two ... and certainly familiar (ie., AllThings) here to those who have been discussing .TV's for a while; WHY would you be "open to offers through pm" prior to the next possible Sedo .TV auction, however? When is the next auction?? :blink:

Thats awesome, congrats!

The fact that Sedo is contacting you regarding a .TV, imo, is fantastic. They like to reject mine.

Personally, I like Fast better than Open. To me they both have endless possibilies, so this is just a personal preference.

Thank you for the post. In general m not seeking any appraisal's for price any more because I dont believe in them , thats for almost all domains in the market.
If I receive an offer near my BIN through pm then we both save time and money sending this to sedo. I wont risk my low reserve and buyer wont have to compete against other that will be bidding around. That case is running until I actually submit domains to sedo auction that will run May 20th.

why?


because the reserve is set at a "less than premium" price.


had the "suggested reserve price" been $50k, then it could be considered a "Premium Auction".
