I was wondering which Geo domain name is the best in writing.
Is it went you write the full city name or just its abréviation?
Users don't care about it , I guess?

The Castello brothers are the experts and Rick Schwartz would be another good person to listen to on this. It seems .com is king and a descriptive, radio-friendly (research that term, too) is the way to go. My take is to go with the location (city or state name, for example) first. Like LosAngelesInsurance.com, LAInsurance.com, CaliforniaInsurance.com and don't forget the long tail effect. LosAngelesDisabilityInsurance.com or LADisabilityInsurance.com or LAInsuranceBroker.com. Hope that helps and I'm interested in what others have to say, as well.

The best geo domains in order are:

Country .com, e.g. TheUnitedStates.com (@Fred Mercaldo brokering)
Region .com, e.g. TheMiddleEast.com (Fred again )
City .com , e.g. PalmSprings.com (@Michael Castello )
City+service .com (@bmugford has a lot of these)

Then there are geos which can be empty vessel, e.g. Yinan (@owntype ) sold Canadian.com for $269,000 in 2021 .
