It seems .com is king and a descriptive, radio-friendly (research that term, too) is the way to go. My take is to go with the location (city or state name, for example) first. Like LosAngelesInsurance.com, LAInsurance.com, CaliforniaInsurance.com and don't forget the long tail effect. LosAngelesDisabilityInsurance.com or LADisabilityInsurance.com or LAInsuranceBroker.com.
