Ok, I'm wondering what is the best way to sell a domain name.

Pretend we were selling these 3 example domains:

chicagorestaurants.com (Geo Domain)
blockads.net (Keyword domain)
unzipr.com (Brandable domain)

And you have these methods of a sale:

1. Namepros Forums
2. Godaddy Auctions for an auction
3. Sedo Marketplace for a buy it now
4. Contact End Users
5. Hire a Broker

What would be the best way to sell each of these domains? I am wondering about which method to use for each domain to get a sale.

Have domains that people want

chicagorestaurants.com is okay but I don't see particular demand for the 2 other examples. I wouldn't spend time and effort to actively promote them. Realistically, you are left with 1,2,3.

would not contacting Chicago restaurants and telling them that redirecting chicagorestaurants.com to their own restaurant website would hugely increase traffic (both internet and foot) be a viable option 4 usage example?
