Personally, I have had great experiences with them. My contact is Sean at DDC and he has been excellent on follow-up. It's too bad they are not all like Sean there because they are excellent for adult names and I been with them for 3 years when they were called PremiumTraffic.com before DDC.com

Seabass, I'm sorry you felt like there was a customer service issue. I know it's annoying to fill out a form and wait for an answer but it's the best way all around. We don't accept everyone who applies, we look at your domains, do our homework and decide if we have something to offer you. Often times, people come to us with upwards of 100's of domain names, imagine dealing with that over the phone. And in the domain biz, spelling matters. You can say you own Dolls.com on the phone when what you really own is dallz.com - not at all the same thing.
