Which domain is more valueable?

How can I know which domain is more valueable? someone said that estibot value doesn,t mean anything. so ....

I just evaluate a domain according to ..
1.cpc rate,
2.monthly search
3.trademark
4.estibot value
5.alexa ranking
6.google page rank

is it enough????

I Don't understand what value is in a nnnn.Com domain. They have no meaning at all, except if you find one that is easy to remember like 50000. Please comment, Jefferson.

It's mostly because of Chinese demand. Also, there's a finite amount of NNNN.coms.

for some cases org can very valuable if we compare with .net! it's true, as long the domain name related with organization or community! for example , apache.org are vs apache.net! wikipedia.org vs wikipedia.net ! for most geeks, they will prefer with Org, than dot net! because most of oS comunity using org!
so basically every tld, have their own niche and markets! but don't worry! com still the king! cause to be honest, i never type in search browser wikipedia.net! lol
