Which domain is more valueable?

How can I know which domain is more valueable? someone said that estibot value doesn,t mean anything. so ....

I just evaluate a domain according to ..
1.cpc rate,
2.monthly search
3.trademark
4.estibot value
5.alexa ranking
6.google page rank

is it enough????

You can pretty much take #4 (estibot) off your list.

I suggest you replace it with NameBio searches of similar names and sales.

Also, is it a name that you could make a website for? In other words would you buy this domain to make a website if it were your industry.

Neither of these domains really have any value.

Dashes are normally not good. But ignoring the dash, business learn does not sound natural. The words are backwards.

Laides Cloth does not make much sense... Ladies Clothes on the other hand would be great.

the other just has a prefix "ladies" which doesn't enhance the keyword, cloth.

As many others have mentioned it is very important for the words to make sense that is number. Having a lot of monthly searches and CPC do give it a boost. Also make sure to see how many other sites are similar and using the keyword in their domain, this is important because you an reach out to these people as potential buyers. Get over to NameBio.com and see if similar names have sold and you can reach out to these buyers and see if they would be interested in the name.

To put it simply not just one factor will determine the value but a combination of them all. The more you do this the better you will get at understanding what is valuable and what is not.

NameBio.com all the way for best valuation. I recently flipped pincheck//com for low $xxx. Estibot value is now $210 but before the sale it was low $xx. To be honest, based on comparable sales I could have waited for $x,xxx offers but I'm in for the quick flip and xxx% profit aint that bad. The domain has low search volume, low comp and low cpc. Domain value is all in the name!
