Which dedi to choose?

I desperately need dedicated server for my business. I keep in mind two companies ServerPoint.com and SolidHost.com. Both companies have good reputation and have been in this industry for a fair while. My partner recommended me both for their top notch services.
Wanna know which comapny is better to use or you may advise me any other one?
