Which company can help me do optimization?

I have some domains that get about 10 views each day but it'd hard for me to get a click.

I've changed templates, keywords etc.. still can't even get a click.

I asked namedrive to help me and they refused due to not big traffic...

Is there any company that can help me monetize?

No parking company is going to help you with only 10 views per day. The keyword should be related to the domain or whatever was on the domain prior to you purchasing it (see Archive.org for the domain history). ie something relevant to what visitors are expecting on that domain. The template should be complimentary to the domain content. ie Nurse/Doctor picture for health domains.

Try for Cost Per Impression traffic with Clixgalore or similar.
They pay 3 to 5$ per 1000 visits. If you have approx 10 domains X 300 visits per month, then you may earn 15 to 25$.

But that also depends on category of domains.
