I asked a few free AI tools the question, "in domaining, what does it mean to be developed"

I want to know what you think. Which AI's definition of 'developed' is best?

Here is the output from Google.com, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Grok 2 (beta), and ChatGPT 4o mini:

💭❓

1) What is required for a domain to be eligible to change from being registered to developed?
2) What should be amended?
3) What is the bare-minimum threshold requirement for a domain to earn this distinction/label?
4) Who governs and/or assigns the developed label to the domain?
5) How valuable is it to domain investors, end users, and business buyers to know that the domain is developed?

Thank you kindly,

Developed = domain linked to a website

Developed = domain linked to a website
But then we can go further down the rabbit hole and ask our Ai friends:

"What is a website?"

Any website with something more than an e-mail address, phone number and not simply a for sale landing page or an under construction page.

However, it is really in the mind of the beholder. A page that just says "hello world!" isn't much of a page. If developed.com was nothing but a paragraph explaining what the owner believes is the definition of a web page then to me that's a developed page.
