Where to renew my .cn name?

I have a good .cn name at enom,but the renew fees is too high.

Is there have a place to renew it below $20 on the internet(not in China)?

searches so far all show +$20 for Eng Lang sites. Still a third of the price of .jp! so maybe not so expensive......
