Where to register for .vn

I need your help to find me a cheap registrar to register some (dot)vn.

FYI: I'm living in the US

for example.
I ´ve tried to find also a cheap registrar in the past for vn and I decided to not reg vn`s because of some of the rules related to this extension. So better read the rules before you register some.

EuroDNS is €48/year. Initial set-up is €38 tho.

Interestingly the number of .vn web pages at Google has sky rocketed! I'm currently getting 208,000,000 for site:.vn

Pretty sure it was no where near that last time I looked (probably about a year ago).
