Where to complaint about a user on " Namepros " if a Buyer accepts to purchase a Domain for a particular price via DM,
But.. is not either sending the payment and more over trying to play around with messages and dragging on ?

There is a "Report" link directly below your signature on every post of the thread. Report the post where he/she agreed to purchase the name and explain the situation in brevity.

You can also add one of the administrators to the conversation.

To add to Dan's excellent advice, you can also:

1. Use our support forums.
2. Use our Contact Us page.
3. Use the support bubble in the bottom-right corner of the website.
4. Add moderators to the related direct message(s) using "Add More People" then add: @Echo Mod Team, @Alfa Mod Team, etc.
5. Email us.
6. Usually the first step is to use the "Report" link under the relevant post or conversation message.
