.tv Where is me.tv going?

Ok, so with the latest introduction of the ability to have "adult" video's on me.tv....where are they going?

So here is my take: In order to really go anywhere, me.tv will need to step up what they are doing. The addition of that ability to show/host adult videos is certainly in line with what the other major hosting sites are doing, but it makes me wonder where they are going with this.

Obviously, they need to tighten up the gameplan in particular, as their major competitors have one little witty bitty thing going for them that me.tv does not....they are free. In my opinion, the only way to compete with that is to give away sites the same way. And then if you want your own that is still indexed with the others you pay extra.

What next? The ability to place your own ads....let's face it, If DM places ads on our sites, the chances are extremely high that our percentage of that take will never exceed reg fee in a given year. Rosenblatt didn't get where he was giving it away. So what would happen if they did this: If you have a subdomain of me.tv, like bob.me.tv, then you share revenue with DM. If you own your name, but still let me.tv host, then you pay a nominal yearly fee for tools usage (domain name fee 24+9.95 per year hosting and tools fee) then you get complete control....html, codes, ads, etc....

Finally.....what are others wishes?

shop cart .me.tv will never take off i have looked at the channels and just turn of and watch my tv.i have hull.tv and dont have the time to do my own video like most on there.but if there was a shop cart and things to buy i may use me.tv..

also were trying to get me.tv off the ground we all have forums on there ,yet we dont us them and we chat on namepros.com,says it all for me.we need to use both we need this and a dot tv site we all use to maybe move some domainers over.
hope u understand what am trying to say,i dont think it would get dot tv users working together as dot tv domainers seem very clicky to me looking at new domainers trying to get appraisals on there domains .

Showbiz is anyone showing adult videos I have not seen that and did they officially say you can have adult because you cannot have nudity on YOu tube and most other sites in the genre.

To HULL this fourm was not set up for Demand Media/channel me it was around years before it if people are interested in CHannelMe I agree they should use the forums there. As far as appraisals that is not clicky most here just don't believe appraisals mean anything.

What would moneytalks.tv been appraised for ? I do not think $15000 where it sold
WHat would SOlD.tv be appraised for? apparently higher than what it sold.

THe rules here also are tell us why you bought it not just ANXNXNXN.tv Appraisals please. SO when people do that it is rare they get a response back. Tell everyone why you regged it first you spent the money. IF you have no idea with a vested interest how can anyone else without a vested interest have an idea on a domains value?
